Longke's flocculant types

Our products include poly aluminum chloride and cationic polyacrylamide. But there are some differences between poly aluminium chloride uses and polyacrylamide uses. When using polyaluminum chloride solution for water treatment, it is necessary to mix the solid product with water at a ratio of 1:3 to dissolve it into a liquid state, and dilute it 10-30 times according to demand to achieve the treatment concentration.

The dosage should be adjusted according to the raw water turbidity (such as 100-500mg/L range), usually between 5-10mg, to ensure the best results. When using polyacrylamide flocculants, a diluted solution should be prepared separately, with a recommended concentration of 0.1% to 0.3%, and dissolved in neutral low-hardness water to avoid suspended solids and inorganic salts. Select suitable products according to the treatment process and water quality, and adjust the dosage to adapt to the water quality or sludge conditions. Pay attention to the stirring speed and placement point during operation to ensure that the solution is evenly distributed and the floc is not broken.
